With the Race in Talladega I thought this Regional Northern Alabama White BBQ Sauce Recipe would be perfect. Make this up ahead of time and before the Race Grill you up some Chicken and have this tangy sauce ready for your tailgating friends.
Alabama White BBQ Sauce Recipe:
2 Cups of Mayo
6 TBSP White Vinegar
6 TBSP Lemon Juice
4 TBSP Sugar
1 TBSP Salt
1 TBSP Pepper
